Come along on an eco-adventure in beautiful Costa Rica where yoga, exploration, relaxation, and nature unite. Deepen your yoga and meditation practice while surrounding yourself in the jungle, enjoying daily vinyasa yoga sessions, different forms of meditation, healthy organic fare, and a variety of nature excursions to reconnect to the land. You’ll snorkel along Costa Rica’s largest coral reef, visit a local indigenous village, kayak down a jungle river, go in search of dolphins, and so much more, with time for the sun, sand and relaxation throughout the itinerary.

During this 3 day weekend you will experience yoga and meditation practices to connect you to your inner wisdom and joy. If you have ever watched his talks on YouTube, you’ll know that Sadhguru is funny, relatable, and a wonderful “dispeller of darkness” with his storytelling.
