Yoga and Walking
Join Janine for a morning of walking in the woods and yoga! Prepare for your walk with a yoga warm up, then learn how to walk more efficiently while enjoying a moderate hike through the woods.
We’ll walk with mindfulness, breath, and in the company of others! After the walk, Janine will guide you through a yoga cool down to stretch out and feel great for the rest of your day. We’ll gather for a healthy snack then depart.
Bring water, bug spray, and walking shoes or sneakers. No yoga mat necessary.

There is parking, but carpooling is suggested.
